Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I listen to you?

Pronhelp.com has been preparing students for English speaking and writing exams for over 8 years now. Some excel and get results beyond their expectations, while others achieve their target score due to the increase in their confidence due to dedicated practice and guidance.

Do you help people taking other English exams, such as C2 Proficiency, TOEIC or TOEFL?

Yes we do. C2 Proficiency is our most common request, but TOEIC and TOEFL students are welcome too. If you need help with any English speaking or writing exam, just state your problem, ask your question and send me a message.

Why are speaking strategies useful?

Strategies allow you to always have an answer to the question even if you have no ideas or n idea about the topic. You don’t need to use them all, you don’t need to use any, but to have them ready is a huge confidence booster.

How do I use the practice questions?

For speaking, although using them to practice answering questions on specific topics, they are more useful for structure and timing. It’s the same for writing so you can write good, well-structured essays in the required time. This way, you don’t need to treat every question as if it is new.

Do you help with reading and listening as well as speaking and writing?

Usually, students prefer to study reading and listening in their own time because they can see their practice results immediately. If you need help with these two parts too, just state your problem, ask your question and send me a message.

Do you have any eBooks or online courses?

An IELTS Speaking eBook is in the pipeline, but an online course needs more time and organisation that we have right now. Hopefully in the not-too-distant future others for the Cambridge exams will be ready too.
